Sample discipline
Samples should be viewed together, not as isolated objects. A timber, stone, paint, fabric and metal finish can each look correct alone but clash under actual project lighting.
Handover
Keep warranties, care instructions, spare finishes, paint codes, fabric names and supplier records together. This makes future repairs and staged additions much easier.
