The small reno that grew and grew..........We came onto the project well and truly into the construction phase. The architect had designed a home that was originally a small renovation. The owner had much grander visions of creating a “resort”! We went to work with re-establishing room layouts and extensions, capturing views of the water and integrating a very specific lifestyle, personalised to this family.
