We are thrilled to haven taken GOLD in the Melbourne Design Awards 2020 - Private Residence Interior Design category by DrivenxDesign. In collaboration with the engaged architectural firm Wolf Architects our project Janine Allis was the WINNER. This award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes and aesthetic presentation. Consideration also given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
The Australian Interior Design Awards recognise and celebrate interior design excellence via a credible, industry-based program, which is backed by the Design Institute of Australia, the professional body representing Australian designers. The awards conferred have both national and international significance. The judging process is anonymous, transparent and confidential. It is based on peer review and conforms to international standards. Jurors are eminent designers working with a convenor appointed by the Design Institute of Australia. We are thrilled to have our Janine Allis project be shortlisted this year for Best Residential Decoration category amongst some of Australia’s best talent.
On 3rd August 2019, In Design International was thrilled to have their Director & Founder, Penny del Castillo attend the annual Kitchen & Bathrooms Designers Institute (KBDI) Awards Gala in Melbourne only to be awarded the KBDI’s Victorian Kitchen Designer of the year.
